Need help with itunes! It crashed! Need to transfer music from iPod to computer HELP PLEASE!?

So my itunes crashed. I'm trying to get my music from my iPod to my computer, but can not. I watched some videos on youtube, but mine is not showing things like: I know that connect the iPod, then -> go to the computer -> click on the iPod hard disk Dilly —> and then go to Tools (but not mine just told the organization) —> then select the Show hidden files —> Apply. Then supposed to be an iPod control file, but after that do not see mine. Shows a single file and my pictures on my ipod. PLEASE HELP! this is sooo frustrating! BTW: I have a Vista PC

I did several days ago. Actually save time. Go to iPod tool.com and download the software to transfer iPod to PC Transfer Tansee iPod called to help save all songs and videos from your iPod. The advantage is that it uses the internal database of the iPod to see the files on your iPod instantly. This means that when you connect your iPod to a PC, the program automatically displays all music and videos on your iPod. Once you click the Copy button, all files are copied to the selected folder on your PC.
