A photographic memory would be good for a directory service, or customer. I think something to do with the company is a good option, because it sounds like he likes the interaction? Maybe even volunteer in a charity shop, had a friend with a little Down syndrome (I think that's how you say it?), which was not too bad, because his older brothers were much, and he went to work in a charity shop for people who need support and DS.
